Thing #17

Just a few days before watching this video I had a conversation about the need for a change in universities. Conversation was, of course, inspired by everything I saw through "23 things" . I think that the teachers from my faculty "Library and Information Science" would be shocked if they ever joined LM-net group (network of school library media specialists) and saw what is actually going on - the amount of free ideas, sharing, conversations, connections, complexity... and all completely different from what they teach. And they are teaching youth! Maybe I should tell them to see this video... They could become inspired to use the privilege to participate in collaborative constructive society (as Mark Federman said)...
